This is a hand powered miniature baler. It makes 4 x 6 x 10 inch bales. I made it with wood and
steel parts purchased from my local hardware store. I always wanted to make the smaller bales
but could never find a baler that I liked or could afford. I decided that the best solution to the
problem was to make my own baler. The baler shown in the video is my prototype baler. There
is no knotter on the baler so the bales will need to be tied by hand.
I Sell instructions to make you own miniature baler. The 46 page instruction manual tells you
everything you need to know about making and using the miniature baler. The instructions also
show how to make an extra long chute. The chute is approximately 4 feet long and will make mass
producing the bales much easier.
The Video below was made using one of my prototypes. I have since updated the design. The
lower pitman is now made out of 2x2 lumber.
